Returns & Exchanges

At Walkeaze, we want you to step out in confidence; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Walkeaze account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the footwear or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
